OFFICERS OF THE EAST VALLEY MARINES
The following Marines are the elected officers for 2013, for Detachment #1296, of the United States Marine Corps League.

  COMMANDANT
DAVE LOTT
USMC, 1965 - 1971
Dave served with the 1st & 3rd Recon units in Vietnam.  He then pursued a career in law enforcement. He is also currently an Aide de Camp for the Department of Arizona's Marine Corps League

     
  SENIOR VICE COMMANDANT
PAT RICE
USMC, 1981 – 1987
Pat established the Fallen Marine program and is constantly fundraising for the good of the league. He was also Marine of the Year 2011.
     
JUNIOR VICE COMMANDANT
RICH WILLIAMS
USMC, 1974 - 2004
Richard has served off the coast of Vietnam, Haiti, Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Iraq, Afghanistan and various duty stations throughout the US. He achieved the accolade of SgtMaj with 30 of service. Richard recently retired from a successful career at Intel Corporation.
     
  JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL (JAG)
JERRY FARRO
USMC, 1964 – 1994
Jerry served as a 2nd Lieutenant in Vietnam, then retired as Colonel with USMCR serving with the corps' world staff, FMFLAMT. He has been president of two specialty electronics chemical companies.
     
  ADJUTANT
SHARON JACKLEY
ASSOCIATE
Sharon is presently the secretary for the Valley Friends of Arizona Opera, a support organization. Her past career path had her as secretary in various industries, many of which supported military operations.
     
  PAYMASTER
MIKE BISHOP
USMC, 1969 - 1971
Mike was the office manager for the Commanding General of Camp Pendleton and had the pleasure of working with the finest officers ever gathered under one roof--real heroes. .
     
  SERGEANT AT ARMS
DICK HAFFNER
USMC, 1960 - 1964, USMCR 1956-1959
Dick served with Marine Air Groups 13 and 24 as a Avionics Technician. In 2001 he retired from Los Alamos National Lab.
     
  QUARTERMASTER
RON ENDERLE
USMC, 1953 – 1956
Ron is the first generation of three generations of Marines. He spent 12 years racing super-modifieds and is a member of the Wisconsin Auto Racing Hall of Fame.
     
  LEGISLATION
LEW BRADLEY
USMC 1950 - 1954
Lew volunteered to go to Korea in 1952. He replaced a helicopter chief and provided all the maintenance. He then flew on every mission including search and rescue of downed pilots.
     
  PUBLIC RELATIONS
PAT RICE
USMC, 1981 – 1987

  FALLEN MARINES
DOUG PATTERSON
Doug served his active duty tour in Viet Nam with 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division as a platoon commander and company commander. Later Doug enjoyed a long career in sales and sales management with Corning Glass Works, Corning, N.Y. before returning to Phoenix where he was raised.
     
  WEBMASTER / ELECTRONIC MEDIA
ALLEN BLAINE
USMC, 1991-1998
A 3rd generation Marine, he was a GRUNT with assignments at Camp Pendleton, the United States Naval Academy, and as security for the President of the United States. He is an engineer/paramedic with a local fire department.

DENISE LANDERS LOTT

Denise has been a time management consultant and trainer focusing on productivity issues within companies. She is the author of Destination: Organization, A Week by Week Journey.

USMC, 1959 - 1979
A retired Marine, Sandy is a charter member of the detachment.

Nancy spent 35 years working in finance and sales and is now honoring her husband, Bob, by supporting the EV Marines.
